Ferry
The ferry M/S Viken is free of charge, but you need a reservation. You can make a booking online here. Or you can download the Finferries app.
The harbour on the main land is Granvik.
You can book the ferry 2 weeks before your travel day. You can take your car to the island and park next to the cabin.

Below you will find a short overview of the timetable. There are more departures from Björkholm available. Always check the departure time of your travel on the Finferries website or in the app.
Be aware the first ferry is leaving Björkholm 11:45 on Saturday and Sunday.
